But what is Vazzaroth?
I am a freelance writer, previously of Zam.com, and nerd extraordinaire. I’m also a career online moderator! If those didn’t give it away, I’m a huge PC gamer, I love Game Design and Game Theory, and I just have a need to type my thoughts!
No seriously, what does your name mean?!
I made my online name when I was a young teenager and, as young teenagers known for, I thought Sephiroth from Final Fantasy 7 was the pinnacle of badassness. I was also playing X-Wing Alliance on the family Gateway PC. I was going through that rebellious period where I didn’t name any of the characters in games the default name, so I decided to rename Ace Azzameen from X-Wing Alliance. So I knew Sephiroth was the best ever, obviously, but I kind of liked Azzameen, and I suppose I’ve always had an affinity for the letter V… and thus Vazzaroth was born. Years later I will discover the internet and realize we all need an online handle, so I fell back to that.
I find it also worthy to note that I had no idea what Azeroth was or anything about Warcraft 3 at the time besides that I didn’t like it.
What’s your blog’s background pic?
You can find the full background picture I use from Guild Wars 2 Here.
What can I expect from this blog?
This blog/soapbox will be updated very irregularly and probably slowly. I don’t want to cram content into it just for the sake of increasing my post count, and I’ll write about something when I feel the need to write about it.
